During an assessment under our new approach
Multiple Care Solutions Ltd is a domiciliary care service providing support to people who live in their own home. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is where people receive help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. At the time of the inspection there was 1 person receiving personal care, and the provider supported 1 other person with tasks not related to personal care.
