Our current view of the service

Updated 30 December 2024

We carried out this announced inspection on 23 April 2025.

We found the practice had met regulations.

Patients were treated with dignity and respect and at the time of our inspection, could access care, support and treatment when required.

Recruitment procedures reflected current legislation and there was effective leadership and a culture of continuous improvement.

Patients’ care and treatment was provided in line with current guidance and infection control procedures in place were effective. The practice had effective systems to identify and manage most risks.

The practice is located in the London Borough of Westminster and provides private dental care and treatment for adults and children.

The practice was located on the first floor and was not accessible to patients in wheelchairs. Patients who could not manage the stairs were directed to alternative dental practices.

The practice had 2 treatment rooms. At the time of our inspection, there was a total of 2 staff, of which there were 1 principal dentist and 1 periodontist. We gathered feedback from the principal dentist during our inspection. Communal areas of the practice were shared with another dental provider.

The service provides cosmetic treatments, some of which are not in scope of CQC regulation and are not covered in our inspection.
